Eligibility:

• Be a U.S. citizen and Texas resident

• Graduating high school senior from eligible school.

• Plan to attend an accredited, not-for-profit university in the state of Texas.

• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid – available December 2023

• Confirmation of FAFSA submission with estimated EFC

• If not born in the US, proof of citizenship

• If a dependent of a service member, proof of service
