Created to motivate and assist Beeville Independent School District middle and high school students to pursue post-secondary educations, the Joe Barnhart Scholarship Program has benefited more than 3,000 students since it began in 1997.

Texas requires that all students submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) to graduate from high school. JBSP provides a variety of resources to help students complete their application.
