  • Applicant's educational and career goals

  • Community service or other volunteer activities

  • Extra-curricular or student activities

  • Leadership roles, honors, or awards

  • Impact of this grant on the applicant's educational plan

  • Proof of acceptance into a 2-year or 4-year program.
