be a high school senior or college freshman, sophomore or junior.
be less than 23 years of age at time of submitting the application.
be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
plan to attend post-secondary school in the U.S.
be a full-time student who is actively attending classes.
must be a FFA Member.
